What Is the LF353? JFET-Input Dual Op-Amp and Uses
The LF353 is a JFET-input, dual-channel, wide-bandwidth op-amp. It is very similar to the TL082 (same pinout) and swaps in most circuits; with high input impedance and a good slew rate it is used in filters, buffers and general analog circuits. It is not rail-to-rail; for low noise the TL072/NE5532 is more suitable.
The LF353 is a JFET-input, dual-channel, wide-bandwidth op-amp. It is very similar to the TL082; with high input impedance and a good slew rate it is used in audio and general analog applications. For the concept, see what is an op-amp.
What is the LF353 used for?
Active filters, buffers, amplifiers, oscillators and general analog processing. Its JFET input reads high-impedance sources without loading them; its wide bandwidth suits fast signals. It runs from a single or dual (±) supply.
Specifications
| Parameter | Value |

Watch out
The LF353 shares the same pinout as the TL082 and can be swapped in most circuits. It is not rail-to-rail. If low noise is the priority, the TL072 or NE5532 is more suitable.
