Although we make reasonable efforts to keep the content current and accurate, we do not warrant that the information provided is uninterrupted, error-free, complete or fit for a particular purpose. This page explains the fundamental limitations regarding the nature of the Platform's data and content.

Prices, stock, lead times and product information in search results are largely aggregated from third-party distributors and partners. This data reflects the situation at the time it was obtained from the relevant source and may change without notice. The final accuracy and timeliness of the data are the responsibility of the relevant source. Before making a purchasing decision, we recommend that you confirm critical information with the relevant distributor/manufacturer.

PartAndStock is a meta-search and intermediary platform; it is not the seller, importer, manufacturer or distributor of the products and is not a party to any purchase or sale transaction. Purchasing a part is a separate transaction that takes place directly between you and the relevant distributor, seller or manufacturer. All responsibility — including the quality, authenticity, regulatory and standards compliance, safety, packaging, warranty, delivery, returns and after-sales service of the product sold — rests solely with the relevant seller/distributor/manufacturer. The Platform cannot be held responsible for these products and transactions, including late delivery, defective/faulty/incomplete products, warranty or return requests, or disputes between you and the seller. You must direct your rights regarding the product and the transaction to the seller directly, within the framework of that seller's terms and applicable consumer/commercial law.

Technical specifications, parametric data and datasheet links are for informational purposes and are mostly sourced from the manufacturer/distributor. Always base your design, production or compliance decisions on the manufacturer's official and current datasheet. In the event of a discrepancy between the summary data on the Platform and the official document, the official document prevails.

Displayed prices, price breaks, stock quantities and lead times are estimated and variable; they may differ from the final amount due to taxes, shipping, customs, minimum order quantity (MOQ) and exchange-rate differences. Amounts shown in different currencies are display conversions; the binding amount is the value in the original currency in which the transaction takes place.

Some of the substitute, alternative and "similar" part suggestions shown on the Platform are generated automatically/algorithmically or by artificial intelligence (AI) and are for assistance and information only. These suggestions contain no commitment, warranty or engineering approval that one part may be used in place of another, and they may be incomplete, out of date or incorrect. Before using any suggestion, it is your responsibility to verify yourself — by comparing against the manufacturer's official and current datasheet — the form-fit-function compatibility, the electrical and thermal parameters, package/pinout compatibility, lifecycle status and the real requirements of your application.
